If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us promptly. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after dispatch, subject to your applicable consumer rights.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. However, errors may occur, and product appearance or packaging may vary slightly. Prices may change before an order is accepted. If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not substitute a different product or increase the agreed order total without your agreement.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment

We use Cash on Delivery (COD), meaning payment is collected when your order is delivered rather than before dispatch. COD availability depends on your location and the delivery partner’s service coverage.

The applicable currency, order total, shipping charges, and any COD service fee will be disclosed at checkout before you place your order. Payment must be made to the authorized courier at delivery using a method accepted by that courier. Card or digital payment at delivery is available only where expressly supported.

Please ensure that you or an eligible authorized recipient is available to receive the order and pay the amount due. Opening a package before payment is subject to the courier’s procedures and is not guaranteed. Payment at delivery does not affect your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing products.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated processing and shipping times are displayed on our website or at checkout. Order processing begins after order confirmation, rather than receipt of advance payment. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because of incorrect details, recipient unavailability, or an inability to complete payment or required verification, contact us promptly so we can review the available options.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, warranty claims, and refunds are handled under our published Returns & Refund Policy, including applicable eligibility requirements, hygiene restrictions, deadlines, and procedures. We do not charge restocking fees for returned products.

For a COD order that has already been paid, any approved refund will be issued using a refund method agreed with you, as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. A refund does not automatically take place through the delivery courier. No purchase-payment refund is due for an unpaid COD order.

These provisions do not limit your mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us promptly if you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order.
